I love building strong creative teams, developing designers, and creating the processes that help people do their best work.
With a foundation in design and a people-centered approach to leadership, I connect creative vision with business goals, bring cross-functional partners together, and turn ambiguity into a clear path forward. My goal is to create the conditions for teams to do work they're proud of — and work that makes a difference for the people and organizations it serves.
Beyond the Work
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me immersed in a good book, traveling solo, checking out a new coffee shop, or napping with Tank. I love following my curiosity and making things for the joy of it — whether that’s trying a new recipe, making a collage, working on a puzzle, or crafting. Going offline gives me a chance to recharge, see things differently, and enjoy the process without needing a particular outcome.
